Right before I had a photoshoot with this green juice, I had a beautiful practice in the tropics and the are playing on repeat in my head…

Life is balance of holding on and letting go & from my experience it takes more energy to hold on than it does to let go 😵‍💫

PSA: Stop demonizing foods and moralizing others 😈

Let’s play a little game:
Which is a better food choice, an apple or a burger? 🍎🍔

If you picked the apple, that is totally understandable, however, the answer is neither.
The burger and the apple are equal in moral value — in that neither of them have one 🙏🏽

Foods aren’t inherently “healthy” or “unhealthy” …Having variety and balance in your food choices meets the needs of both nutrition and satisfaction and pleasure, which as it turns out is better for your health than avoiding “bad” foods 🤦🏼‍♀️
