As my business continues to grow, so do my standards, policies and boundaries. Moving forward, there are a few things A Blessed Mess Cleaning Company, LLC will NO LONGER do.
❌ NO WALKTHROUGH = NO APPOINTMENT
I need to see and properly assess the space before accepting your cleaning appointment.
❌ I WILL NOT MOVE EXCESSIVE ITEMS TO CLEAN
Counters, dressers, floors and other surfaces must be accessible. Please remove personal belongings, clutter and excessive items from the areas you expect to be cleaned.
❌ NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT!
Your appointment is NOT secured until the required deposit has been received.
❌ NO PHOTOS/VIDEOS = NO APPOINTMENT
When requested, current photos or videos of the space must be provided so I can accurately assess the condition and scope of work.
❌ I WILL NOT WORK IN CONDITIONS THAT PUT MY HEALTH OR SAFETY AT RISK
If the condition of the home presents a health or safety concern, cleaning services may be declined or stopped.
❌ NO DRUG OR ALCOHOL USE WHILE I AM WORKING
Clients and others present may not actively use ma*****na, illegal drugs or consume alcohol while I am providing services. I deserve a safe, professional work environment just like anyone else.
❌ PETS MUST BE SECURED 🐶🐱
For their safety and mine, pets cannot freely roam through the areas being cleaned. Please place them in a secure room, crate or another safe location while services are being performed.
❌ ORGANIZATION IS A SEPARATE SERVICE
Cleaning and organizing are NOT the same service. If an area needs to be sorted, decluttered or organized before it can be cleaned, additional charges will apply.
🩷 These boundaries aren't about being difficult—they allow me to provide safe, efficient, professional and high-quality service to every client.
