On Saturday, July 25th, we're hosting Mucha Mindful Looking at The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art. This beautiful, unhurried experience invites you to slow down and truly be present with extraordinary art.
Our board member and certified mindfulness & meditation teacher, Amy Zoe Schonhoff (Mindfulness in the Heartland), will guide the group through a mindful looking practice in the Timeless Mucha special exhibition, featuring over 100 stunning works by Czech artist Alphonse Mucha. We'll also have a special conversation with the Head of Library & Archives at the Spencer Art Reference Library.
After the practice, join us for optional coffee and conversation at Thou Mayest inside the Bloch Building. ☕
Participants are invited to donate to The Resilient Activist in support of its ongoing work cultivating resilience, connection, and sustainable engagement in times of challenge and change.
