🌟 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: HAVE YOU MET KHANG YET?! 🌟

If you haven’t met Khang yet, allow us to introduce you! 💛 Khang is our amazing Operations Coordinator, and she has been an absolute JOY to have on our team. She brings so much fun, warmth, and personality to the workplace—and we’re pretty sure she makes our team better just by being here!

So, naturally, we had to get to know her a little better… 👀

🎬 If her job had a theme song: The Office theme song. Honestly… fitting. 😂

🍫 Her “I need to survive this workday” snack: A fudge brownie with ice cream. Same girl, same. 🙌

🚐 If she could swap jobs for a day: She’d trade places with Sydney so she could go on outings with the residents! 🥰

🎧 Most unusual job she’s ever had: Sync licensing. (Okay, Khang, we need the full story on this one!)

🦶 A random skill most people don’t know she has: She’s weirdly good at removing ingrown toenails. 😳 We have questions… but we’re also impressed.

🍷 Her perfect day off: Rom-coms + wine. A woman who knows how to relax! 🎬🍷

🌿 Something small that makes her day better: A nice walk outside.

🧠 A skill she’d instantly master for her role: Photographic memory. Imagine remembering EVERYTHING. 👏

🌴 If she could work from anywhere in the world: Bali. Obviously. 🌺

🦘 If our team had a mascot: A kangaroo! We’re not mad about it.

⭐ If her current role didn’t exist: She’d want to be a superstar… although, Khang, you already are one in our book! 💫

Khang, we are SO glad you chose us! We’re grateful for your energy, your humor, your heart, and everything you bring to this team. We’re lucky to have you! 💛

🎉🌭 Labor Day Fun, Food & LOTS of Love! 🇺🇸❤️

Today, we celebrated Labor Day the best way we know how—with a good old-fashioned BBQ cookout, all the fixins, and plenty of smiles! 🍔🌽🥗🍰

Our wonderful residents and hardworking staff got to enjoy some seriously yummy food, good company, and a whole lot of fun! But we wanted to make today about more than just a delicious meal—of course created and made by our awesome culinary team- we wanted to celebrate the amazing people who make our community so special. 🥰

Our directors took some extra time today to personally sign thank-you cards for every employee working on the holiday. While we appreciate all of our incredible staff every single day, we wanted to give them a little extra love for spending their holiday taking care of our residents. 💌👏

And let’s just say…the food was delicious, the love was overflowing, and everyone left with full bellies and happy hearts! ❤️

We are SO grateful for our wonderful residents and our AMAZING staff! Thank you for everything you do and for making our community such a special place to be. 🥰🎉

🍂 It’s Fall, Y’all! 🍂 | September Town Hall

September’s Town Hall brought all the best things together—celebration, connection, a little friendly competition, and A LOT of laughter! 🤎

We celebrated birthdays 🎂, celebrated each other 💛, learned a little along the way, and then got seriously competitive with a round of Family Feud! 👀🙌

And the prize? Oh, just the most fun Arrow uniform Dolly Parton T-shirt! 🤩🎤✨ Because nothing says winning quite like Dolly!

Our incredible Culinary Team also knocked it out of the park with a fantastic spread that had everyone coming back for seconds (and maybe thirds!). 👏🍽️

But if we’re being honest, the very best part wasn’t the food, the prizes, or even the game—it was the camaraderie, laughter, and genuine joy we shared together. ❤️

These moments remind us just how special our team is. We show up for each other, celebrate each other, laugh together, and make work feel a whole lot more like community.
