First day of school for the Tripsies! 🥹 How did we get here so fast?! Three different personalities, three incredible kids, and another year full of opportunities to learn, grow, laugh, lead, and make memories.

Praying for a year filled with great teachers, good friends, confidence, kindness, wisdom, and God’s protection over them every step of the way. 🙏🏽

They say you should marry someone who complements you… I married a white guy who somehow became an absolute BEAST at making Guyanese food. 😂🇬🇾🍛

Growing up, I watched my dad cook right alongside my mom, so having a husband who’s never afraid to jump in the kitchen just feels like home. Today’s curry? 🔥 10/10. Pretty sure he’s earned honorary Guyanese status at this point. ❤️

Another basketball season is in the books, and while I’m proud of the wins, the stats, and how much these boys have grown physically and athletically, I’m even more proud of the young men they’re becoming.

This season wasn’t just about developing basketball skills. It was about learning leadership, resilience, discipline, humility, and the character they’ll carry long after the final buzzer. It was about preparing for whatever doors God opens next.

But what fills my heart the most is watching them become trailblazers for Christ. Standing out from the crowd doesn’t always mean holding a microphone or standing on a stage. More often, it looks like choosing integrity when no one is watching. Encouraging a teammate. Showing kindness instead of criticism. Remaining humble in victory and gracious in defeat. Living differently because your life points to something greater than yourself.

Every single day, God gives us opportunities to help others find Him—not just by what we say, but by how we live.

I’m so incredibly proud of these boys - “Lightening and Thunder” 😍 Keep chasing excellence, but never lose sight of the One who gave you your gifts. The greatest legacy you’ll ever leave won’t be your points, trophies, or accolades—it will be the lives you impact for His Kingdom.

✨ Halfway Through the Year… and God Isn’t Finished Yet ✨

As we step into the middle of the year, take a moment to look back at how far you’ve come—not just at what you’ve accomplished, but at how God has carried you.

“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?” — Isaiah 43:18-19

Maybe this year hasn’t gone exactly as planned. Maybe there have been setbacks, detours, or disappointments. But our God is still in the business of making a way where there seems to be no way.

The best chapters may still be ahead. Keep praying. Keep believing. Keep moving forward.

God is amazing, faithful, and always working—even when we can’t see it. 🥰

Being your mom changed me forever. 💙💚💜 x 3!

I carried them for 37 weeks… through exhaustion, prayers, and miracles. I carried three little lives while still trying to figure out how to carry myself.

But somewhere along the way… the roles started to shift.

Now, they carry me.
On the hard days.
The overwhelming days.
The days when being a physician, business owner, wife, and mom feels heavy.

Their hugs carry me.
Their laughter carries me.
Their faith in me carries me.
But most of all, their faith in God carries me!

Motherhood isn’t just about raising children.
It’s about being transformed by them and giving them back to God because they belong to Him 💕

My triplets are my greatest reminder that strength can be soft, love can be loud, and even when life feels chaotic… the little hands you once held can become the very thing that holds you together.

Happy Mother’s Day to every mom carrying more than anyone sees. 🌷
One day you’ll realize… the babies you carried are now carrying pieces of you too. 🤍
