Meditating, chanting, and reflecting on what was…and what’s to come. It’s been an energetically busy, yet very sacred time. I am awestruck by the amazing souls and extraordinary work I’ve experienced and witnessed over the past several months, but particularly over the past weekend at the retreat. As I sit here, I am going back to the feeling of being in great love, vulnerability, and a deep desire to connect and nurture our higher selves. Words can’t truly express the profound sharing and understanding that was felt by us all. I am just so grateful, and truly feeling blessed to have been in the company of such awesome souls, who are willing and doing such deep soul work. Thank you. May we continue to raise the vibration of greater humanity. AND SO IT IS. ♥️💥🙌🏾

As I sit here meditating and mentally, spiritually, and emotionally prepping myself for my retreat on Friday, I’m again asking myself the question, “what does it mean to be a CONSCIOUS LEADER?” This has been on my mind and in my heart for the past few weeks. First and foremost, it takes having been exposed to and working with those leaders who have done THEIR DEEP INNER WORK. I am remembering and calling on the amazing and strong leaders I’ve been so blessed to have in my life. Two of my most profound, who have recently passed on. I still hear them. Hear their voices and teachings. So many. By watching, doing, and experiencing with them. They taught me so many things. I am so grateful. It is not easy to hold energy for a group. It takes a deep inner strength and lots of practice and healing. And it doesn’t ever stop. Because we are constantly growing, experiencing and changing. We have our challenges and we must work through and with them. So I say thank you. THANK YOU to my wise and still spiritually present mentors and teachers. And…I mustn’t forget my current and ever present teachers who still walk the path with me. It is all of YOU. We are mirrors and teachers for each other. So….here’s to a lifetime of learning and never ending connection. ♥️

Retreat prep mode. In meditation and present for what’s evolving and in motion. I feel it. Our group has been preparing since we said YES. It is almost here. Heartland is calling us, saying I’m here to hold and support the work. The healing. The transformation. We are ready and here for it. When I visited Heartland last week, it told me it was ready and preparing for us. So, here we come. We are READY. ♥️

Things are shifting in a most remarkable way. This 5/5 portal is powerful and life changing. Take a moment to really look around, take a deep breath, and see what needs to be changed, and if something is…know it’s for your higher good. Blessings come disguised in hardship, hurt, and pain sometimes. It’s all about evolving through our soul and life lessons. People and situation’s often need to be moved out of our life and energy field. Know and trust it’s for the best. Who we surround ourselves with and how we live our life will all move us into alignment. Our soul alignment. Anything that doesn’t belong will need to go, and it’s okay.

Life and soul lessons never stop coming. They are here to help us grow and evolve. Even when they’re hard. And painful. What I’m discovering in a recent experience, is what does it really mean to be a “conscious” person? And even more specifically, what does it mean to be a “conscious” leader? We all hear the words “conscious,” “awakened”, “woke,” and “mindful” being tossed around in all sorts of circles and endeavors, but what do these words really mean? Well, we’re going to talk about it. And a lot. It’s time to have this discussion about what it means to be conscious and IN A LEADERSHIP ROLE. And I mean in a leadership role in many different capacities. Whether we’re a therapist, a healer of some sort, or work with people, peers, groups, a team, students, volunteer, in any group capacity, we must look at ourselves and what we’re bringing to the mix, and especially if we are working to be a healthy, mindful leader. SO, I will be talking about that here, and I will be bringing special guests to my Mystical Mentor podcast, so we can chat about the characteristics of a mindful, “ conscious” leader, and what it takes to lead people and groups in a most soulful, healthy, enlightened way. 💛🙌🏾 I have been on the journey of learning this myself, after years (36) of being a psychologist, and years (25 +) of leading retreats and groups throughout my career. Welcome to the energy of the Full Flower Moon and Beltane. 🪻🌼🌑🌷Let’s release the old, and embrace the openings that are here…in our divine development. These past several months have been hard. And I’m sure we’ve all had some very difficult life and soul lessons. With some being life changing. But here we are. In a totally new season of energy and alchemy. So, what’s holding us back? NOTHING. So…let’s move forward. Take that next step into expansion and what’s next. There’s so much ahead. You know it and feel it. Look within and let your intuition guide you. YES. Today marks the last day of April, and the opening to the Full Flower Moon/Beltane energy tomorrow. Spend this day reflecting on where you’ve been, celebrating where you’re evolving from, and creating space for the new. Full moon energy is about RELEASE. What are you letting go of? Let it go. My message from spirit, and a loved one, was to LET IT GO and embrace my happy life!
