You can have the best rehab plan in the world — but your body also needs the building blocks to recover. 🌿

That’s why we love having Karleigh Jurek, MS, RDN, LD as part of the West Pelvic Wellness team.

Karleigh works with women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond to make nutrition feel practical, personalized, and sustainable — not restrictive or overwhelming.

She can help you navigate things like:

🥑 Meeting your nutritional needs during pregnancy
🥑 Supporting postpartum recovery
🥑 Constipation & digestive health
🥑 Energy and fueling
🥑 Nutrition while breastfeeding
🥑 Creating sustainable habits that fit real life

And the best part? You don’t have to figure out nutrition and pelvic health separately.

Our Prenatal + Postpartum Advanced Package brings these pieces together — pelvic floor PT + nutrition support + additional resources — because your recovery is more than one body system.

Your body is doing a lot. Let’s give it the support it needs. 🤍

Curious about what working with Karleigh could look like for you? Send us a message or visit the link in our bio to learn more.

You might need a pelvic floor therapist if… 👀

✨ You leak when you laugh, cough, sneeze, or exercise
✨ S*x is painful or uncomfortable
✨ You feel pressure or heaviness “down there”
✨ You’re constantly running to the bathroom
✨ You struggle with constipation
✨ You’re pregnant, postpartum, or navigating menopause
✨ Your back, hips, or pelvis are always giving you trouble

And honestly? That’s just scratching the surface. 😉

August is Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Awareness Month, and we’re here to remind you that pelvic floor symptoms may be common, but that doesn’t mean you have to simply live with them. 💛

Not sure if pelvic floor physical therapy could help you? Take our FREE Pelvic Floor Health Quiz and get a better idea of what your body might be trying to tell you.

✨ Find the quiz at the link in our bio!

Because understanding your body is always a good place to start. 🫶

A pelvic floor exam may sound a little intimidating… but we promise, it doesn’t have to be. 💛

At West Pelvic Wellness, we want you to understand what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and always have a choice.

A pelvic floor muscle exam can help us learn more about how your pelvic floor muscles are working. We may look at things like:

✨ Strength
✨ Coordination
✨ Muscle tension
✨ Tenderness or pain
✨ How your muscles relax and move

And here’s something important: the pelvic floor does not work alone.

That’s why our approach goes beyond just looking at one area of your body.

We will also look at your:

• Posture
• Breathing patterns
• Mobility
• Core and hip strength
• Movement habits
• Daily activities

Because pelvic floor clues can show up elsewhere in the body.

Whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, years into motherhood, or navigating perimenopause, you deserve whole-body care.

No shame. No judgment. No “just do more Kegels.”

Just personalized support to help you understand your body, connect the dots, and feel stronger and more confident. 💛
