A powerful session with these amazing women, spoke about women’s health and fitness as we age.
One thing I always say —It’s never too late.
But it’s also important to understand that waiting too long makes it harder.
Strength, mobility, hormones, bone health, confidence — they don’t disappear overnight.
They slowly ask for attention.
And the best time to respond is now.
You don’t need to be perfect.
You just need to start and act before it feels “too late.”
Grateful for the openness, the questions, the laughter, and the willingness to show up for yourselves today.
