October is National Chiropractic Health Month! 💙🌸

🎃 We had a PUMPKIN-tastic time at Morada Cy-Fair! 🎃
Texas Personalized Care, alongside Choice Hospice, enjoyed an afternoon filled with creativity, conversation, and lots of fall fun! 🍂🧡
The residents created their own one-of-a-kind wooden pumpkins using paint, festive napkins, ribbons, and plenty of personality. We loved seeing how different each pumpkin turned out!
More importantly, activities like this give us the opportunity to spend meaningful time with residents while sharing how Texas Personalized Care and Choice Hospice can support seniors and their families through different stages of care.

What a wonderful turnout for Breast Cancer Awareness at Stone Creek of Copperfield! 🎀💗

A special thank you to Caroline Fisher, MD, for taking the time to educate our community on the importance of knowing your body, recognizing signs and symptoms, staying proactive with preventative screenings, and advocating for your health.

It was also wonderful to see so many local vendors and community partners come together to support, educate, and raise awareness. Events like this are a great reminder of how powerful education, early detection, and community support can be.

Texas Personalized Care was honored to be part of such a meaningful afternoon and to share how we can continue supporting individuals and families throughout our community. 💕🎀

Texas Personalized Care had such a wonderful time joining in on the celebration with a fun Popcorn Bar for Case Management Week! 🍿✨
A big thank you to Mariah and Signature Home Health for inviting Texas Personalized Care to be part of this special event. We always enjoy opportunities to connect, collaborate, and show appreciation for the incredible case managers who work so hard advocating for patients and families every day.
We’re grateful for the relationships we continue to build throughout our healthcare community — and of course, everything is a little more fun with popcorn and sweets!
