We’ve been keeping busy, having fun, and making memories! 💃🎀🥔

🎀 Toe Tappers & Ribbons: Our residents tapped out the beat to their favorite music while using colorful ribbons to get those upper arms moving! Music + movement = smiles all around! 💪🎶

🥔 Cooking Class Fun: We made HOMEMADE POTATO CHIPS! Our residents cut their own potatoes, then we air-fried them until they were perfectly crispy, crunchy, and golden brown. Talk about a delicious hands-on activity! 😋

Who doesn’t love a perfectly gooey grilled cheese?! 😋 Today’s Sterling Oaks Cooking Class was all about making this classic comfort-food favorite!

Our residents got to create their own grilled cheese with their choice of American or Pepper Jack cheese—and, of course, we shared plenty of memories along the way! ❤️ From making them for children and grandchildren to whipping one up just for ourselves, grilled cheese has always been a family favorite!

A BIG thank-you to Pro Care for spending time with our Sterling Oaks residents today! Their wonderful liaison helped our residents learn more about and make the most of their insurance benefits. 💙

Tuesday got a whole lot tastier at Sterling Oaks! Our residents and night shift staff enjoyed light, fluffy, made-to-order omelettes thanks to Andy, our Administrator, and Eugene, our Dietary Director! 👨‍🍳❤️

Carol and Makena Lei were back at Sterling Oaks today, filling our halls with wagging tails, happy hearts, and plenty of smiles! 🐶💖 Our residents absolutely loved spending time with these two, soaking up all the cuddles, kisses, and unconditional love.

A huge THANK YOU to Bob Ryman for bringing the energy and keeping our residents smiling all afternoon! From classic favorites to toe-tapping tunes, the room was filled with music, laughter, and plenty of sing-alongs. 🎵💙

🍽️🥩 Lunch Date Success! 🥩🍽️

Our Sterling Oaks residents hit the town today for a delicious lunch at Outback Steakhouse…and what a fantastic time it was! 🎉

From juicy steaks and fall-off-the-bone ribs to fresh salads and refreshing drinks, there was something for everyone to enjoy. But the best part of the day? The laughter, great conversations, and wonderful memories made around the table with friends. ❤️

A huge THANK YOU to the Harris County Precinct 4 bus drivers for providing safe transportation and helping make our outing smooth, fun, and worry-free. We truly appreciate all you do!

🎤🎶 What a toe-tappin’ good time we had at Sterling Oaks! 🎶🎤

This afternoon, our wonderful friend Tanya stopped by for a fantastic live performance and truly sang her heart out! ❤️

The room was filled with smiles as our residents sang along to their favorite tunes, chair danced, clapped, and tapped their toes to the beat. Music has a special way of bringing everyone together, creating joyful moments and wonderful memories!

A huge thank you, Tanya, for sharing your incredible talent and making our afternoon so much fun. We can’t wait to have you back for another unforgettable performance! 🎵💃🕺
