🎒📚 Back-to-school season is here!

A new school year can bring excitement, but it can also bring stress, pressure, and a whole lot of change. Remember, taking care of your mental health is just as important as keeping up with your assignments.

Here are a few ways to support yourself this school year:
✨ Create a routine that works for you
🧠 Take breaks when you need them
💬 Talk to someone when you’re overwhelmed
😴 Prioritize rest and sleep
💗 Give yourself grace when things don’t go perfectly
🎯 Focus on progress, not perfection

You don’t have to have the “perfect” school year. Some days will be productive, some will be challenging, and some will simply be about getting through the day. That’s okay.

Save this post for a little back-to-school reminder! 📝🤍

Starting therapy…
Kinda chic. ✨

Because choosing to work on yourself?
Very in.
Setting boundaries? Iconic.
Understanding your patterns? Main character behavior.
Getting help when you need it? Honestly… excellent taste.

Therapy isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about getting curious, getting supported, and becoming a little more you along the way.

POV: Your client says something so relatable you have a whole story to tell…
…but then you remember: self-disclosure needs to be clinically appropriate. 🧍🏽‍♀️💀

Therapist brain: “I have SO much to say.”
Therapist training: “You actually don’t.” 😂

The therapy room was peaceful. The editing was NOT. 😂

Every person has a story worth telling. 🌳
Our experiences shape who we are, but they don’t have to define who we become.
The Narrative Tree Worksheet Packet invites clients to reflect on their roots, strengths, relationships, hopes, challenges, and personal growth through a meaningful tree metaphor. It’s a creative way to build self-awareness, recognize resilience, and celebrate the journey that makes each person unique.
Sometimes healing begins by simply understanding your own story.

🌱 Encourages reflection and self-discovery
💚 Builds confidence and resilience
📝 Great for individual therapy, groups, and school counseling

Your story is still growing.
