The fear is real. You watch the news, feel that tightness in your chest every time they walk out the door, and wonder if you're doing enough.

But that fear doesn't mean you're failing, it means you love them deeply.

You can't control everything out there. Inside your home, though? You get to be the place where they exhale. Where they're fully seen, fully safe. đź’›

That matters more than you know.

Carrying all of this alone is heavy, though. If you're ready to set some of it down, book a discovery call — let's talk.

You did everything the "right" way.

You were faithful. Capable. Devoted. You held the home together, kept the peace, showed up for everyone and somewhere in there, you started to disappear.

Maybe you believed that if you just did it right, you'd be protected from this. From the ending. From the quiet. From sorting through the pieces of a marriage you gave your whole self to.

Nobody hands you a framework for that kind of grief.

So here's what I want you to know: who you are is not the role you just outgrew. And you don't have to rebuild alone. đź’›

Starting June 9th, I'm opening a Tuesday evening Soft Power cohort just for women walking through divorce — whether the papers are signed or you're still in the middle of it. Small. Virtual. A space where you don't have to perform "fine" for one more minute.

We meet Tuesdays at 6PM. The woman who needs this most is usually the last one to sign up for herself. Let this be the time you choose differently.

👉🏾 Scan the QR code or comment "SOFT POWER" or and I'll send you the details.

Read that again. Slowly.

You don’t have to be more productive, more patient, more pleasant, or more put-together to deserve softness. You don’t have to perform your way to peace.

Soft Power is the practice of remembering.

The morning cohort is launching TOMORROW!

Raise your hand if your to-do list has become your entire personality. 🙋🏽‍♀️

It’s sneaky. It doesn’t announce itself. It just slowly becomes the thing you reach for when you’re trying to remember who you are.

Soft Power is for the woman ready to put the list down — without losing herself.

Bi-weekly · Virtual · 6 sessions · $50/session · Mondays 11AM (starts June 1) or Tuesdays 6PM (starts June 9).

Nobody handed you a manual. They just handed you the load.

Be the strong one.
Be the steady one.
Be the one who figures it out — for the kids, the partner, the parents, the job, the family group chat.

You learned early that breaking wasn't an option. So you stopped letting yourself.

Now you're tired in a way sleep doesn't touch. Resentful in a way you can't quite name. Quietly wondering if something is wrong with you for not being able to keep doing it the way you always have.

Here's what nobody told you: You were never supposed to carry this alone. You just got really good at pretending you could.

Therapy felt like admitting defeat. Like one more thing on a plate that's already buckling. But the women who look the most "fine" are usually the ones falling apart the quietest — and the strong one is allowed to need a room of her own.

Soft Power is that room. A virtual therapy group for the woman who's been holding it all together for so long she forgot she was allowed to put it down.
→ 6 weeks, bi-weekly
→ Mondays 11am (starts June 1) or Tuesdays 6pm (starts June 9)
→ $50/session
→ Spaces are limited

Comment SOFT POWER and I'll send the interest form straight to your inbox. The woman who needs this most is usually the last one to sign up for herself. Let this be the time you don't wait. 🤎

Real talk: when was the last time you sat down and didn’t immediately reach for your phone, your to-do list, the laundry....

If rest makes you anxious, you’re not lazy. You’re not ungrateful. You’re a woman whose nervous system learned a long time ago that her value lives in how well she manages everything.

Soft Power is for the woman who’s ready to learn that she’s still worthy when she’s not producing.

I have been sitting with Jess Hilarious's new book, 'Til Death Do We Parent, since the interviews started dropping and the conversation she is sparking is the one I have with co-parents in my office every single week.

Jess is putting language to something most co-parents feel but rarely say out loud:
👉🏾 Your job does not end when your child turns 18.

So many parents are white-knuckling their way through co-parenting conflict, telling themselves they just have to make it to the finish line. But the way you and your co-parent communicate right now is shaping how your child understands love, conflict, and connection for the rest of their life.

Jess is also right that you should never force a relationship just for the kids.

But here is what I help clients work through in session:
✨ Not forcing the relationship does not mean walking away from the communication.
✨ You do not have to be friends. You do have to be able to talk about pickup times, school decisions, and the emotional needs of a child who is watching both of you every single day.

That is the work I do.

If the title of her book hit something in you, this one is for you.
