Now Hiring: LVN or RN – Home Health Nurse

We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable LVN or RN to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while ensuring quality care and excellent patient service.

Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments and nursing visits
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor patient progress and document care provided
Educate patients and families on health management
Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team

Qualifications:

Current LVN or RN license in good standing
Home health experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
