We are thrilled to announce that the incredibly talented and highly experienced Kat Steele has joined our community of teachers at Pilates And Motion!

Kat brings over 40 years of expertise in fitness and wellness, including yoga, bodywork, and holistic health. She is certified in E-RYT 500, RYT 200, YACEP, Licensed Massage Therapy, and so much more! Her journey with yoga began in her early teens, and since then, she has studied various lineages, including Iyengar, Jivamukti, and Sivananda. Kat is also a dedicated student of Kriya Yoga and continues to deepen her knowledge in Vedic Astrology, Raw Food, and Aromatherapy.

Having taught across the U.S., Kat’s holistic approach to wellness is rooted in her deep understanding of the mind, body, and spirit. Her classes offer a unique blend of yoga, fitness, and wellness practices that will leave you feeling empowered and rejuvenated.
