For more than 60 years, Community
Health Centers (CHCs) have been
building innovative care where it matters most.

What started in 1965 as a small program to bring health care to areas with limited access has grown into a network that now serves more than 52 million people at over 17,000 locations across the country.

Founded in 2004 by a dedicated group of community volunteers, Molokai Community Health Center was established to address the unique healthcare needs of rural Molokai. Today, Molokai Community Health Center remains committed to improving the health and well-being of our island community through compassionate, accessible care and by fostering collaboration, communication, and education.

✨Through the generosity of Maui Food Bank, and in partnership with Sustainable Molokai, the Community Farm Fresh Food Pantry on the Molokai Community Health Center campus is distributing, locally grown lettuce🥬, apple bananas🍌, avocados🥑 and grapefruit 🍊, and 20-pound bags of rice🍚. This produce is being distributed free of charge to those in need. Please visit the food pantry on the Molokai Community Health Center campus to collect these items today!
