In tomorrow's Tuesday's Advanced Class, we will be covering Postural Assessment and Chair Massage.

Observation plays a major role in the Assessment process.

Assessing posture is observing how a person maintains an upright position in relation to gravitational forces.

Observing posture gives many indications of muscular imbalance and structural deviation.

Our Advanced Classes are held every Tuesday from 9am to 1pm at the Aloha Massage Academy and the cost is $55.00 for each 4 hour class.
