Late Summer
Each season is unique to the qualities it brings us. How can you stay healthy this time of of the year. This time of year is late summer- Harvest time. Time to celebrate the earth. Celebrate the earths gifts that we can take for granted with our local grocery stores that provide for us every day.
Fruits and fresh vegetables are delicious and fresh. Enjoy their
Pay attention to the different qualities of the food you eat. Their unique flavor, color, texture and vitality each vegetable brings forth. Apples, tomatoes, lettuces: take in each bite
Shop locally, try a farmers market.
Think about what we need to do to provide this for our future seasons and generations to come. Collect seeds, collect these memories. Get rid of what is not serving you and clear what is distracting. What have you planted that has come to fruition? What have you done in your life or your work that is producing results? Do you like the results and does it feed you?
