Join us virtually via Zoom on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 from 9:00–11:00am ET for a thoughtful and engaging exploration of how grief shows up in our clients’ lives, and how we can respond with compassion, confidence, and skill.

This training is free for MAPS employees, $25 for former MAPS employees and students, and $50 for non-MAPS employees. 2.0 CEs are approved by NH-NASW.

This Minority Health Month is a time to raise awareness about the health disparities that continue to impact racial and ethnic minority communities—and to uplift the importance of equitable, accessible care for all.

Health isn’t just physical. Mental health matters too. Barriers like stigma, lack of access, and cultural gaps in care can make it harder for individuals to get the support they deserve.

Here’s how we can take action:
• Listen to and amplify diverse voices
• Advocate for inclusive, culturally competent care
• Share resources and normalize conversations around mental health
• Support organizations working toward health equity

Everyone deserves the opportunity to live a healthy, supported life—this month and every month.

April is National Stress Awareness Month!

Stress is a normal part of life—but when it builds up, it can impact both our mental and physical health. This month is a great time to pause, check in with yourself, and prioritize your well-being.

Here are a few simple ways to manage stress:
• Take a few minutes each day to breathe deeply and reset
• Get outside or move your body, even for a short walk
• Stay connected—talk to someone you trust
• Set boundaries and give yourself permission to say no
• Prioritize rest and make time for things that bring you joy

Small steps can make a big difference!
