This month's Community Class will be held August 15th, 9:00a-10:00a and will support Keene Public Library!
Keene Public Library provides free access to books, digital resources, information, and community learning opportunities for people of all ages. Its services include lending physical and digital materials (like books, e‑books, audiobooks, movies, and museum passes, outdoor gear supplies, and gardening supplies), hosting educational programs and events, and offering youth and teen services with activities, storytimes, and resources for families and students. The library also offers makerspace access, test and career prep tools, and resources that support lifelong learning, creativity, and community engagement.
We are so thankful for our local library and all our librarians do to support our community!

Join us next Friday for the start of this 6-week Hot Mat Pilates series with guest teacher Kelley Cady!
Hot Mat Pilates is a heated, mat-based Pilates class that incorporates small props and core-focused movement. Taught by Kelley Cady using the Polestar Pilates approach, the class emphasizes movement quality over repetition, helping you build greater awareness and control of how to move your body in everyday life.
Expect a thoughtful mix of functional strength, stability, balance, and mobility work to improve posture, refine alignment, and deepen your connection between body and breath. This whole-health workout blends traditional Pilates principles with modern techniques, anatomy, and natural movement to support better muscular function and overall quality of life. Each class will challenge you a little more while staying controlled and thoughtful.

Join us for a 6-Week Series: Hot Mat Pilates with Kelley Cady!
Kelley Cady is the owner of Thrive Pilates Center in Keene, New Hampshire. Originally from Dalton, MA, she moved to New Hampshire in 2017 with her husband, Joel, where she establsihed her own practice. Kelley’s career in health and movement began in college, where she discovered her lifelong passion for helping people move more, feel better and stay active for life. When she’s not teaching or training, you can find her outdoors hiking, biking, running, and enjoying the beautiful trails of New Hampshire.

Kelley holds a degree in Movement Science, Health, and Sport Studies. She is a comprehensively certified Polestar® Pilates teacher and a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher through the NPCP. She is also a Human Movement Specialist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Runity Painless Running Coach, Wellcoaches Health & Well-being Coach, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Kelley has continued to expand her expertise through advanced training in biomechanics, functional anatomy, holistic wellness, and non-diet nutrition counseling—all of which have shaped her vision in founding Thrive Pilates Center.

Gigi + Jen will offer sessions starting the first week of June through the end of July.
*Please limit your bookings to 3 massage per intern (you can see each therapist 3 times). This allows for interns to work with a variety of clients and gain a wide range of experiences.

What’s that on the horizon? A celebratory community hike you say? It must be!!
Saturday, May 30th // 10a // Dublin Trail Trailhead
Join us on the mountain in celebration of our recent 5 year anniversary of the hot room. We’ll meet at the Dublin Trail Trailhead at 10a and share a brief parking lot stretch before heading up the mountain!
Bring:
Water
Snacks
Layers
Appropriate footwear
Headlamp (you never know!!)
We’ll plan for 4-5hrs round trip. Whether you’ve been a part of Mudita for many years, you’re just getting to know us, or you’d like to check out what we are all about, please join us! Friends + family are most welcome too!

We are still OPEN!!
All classes and massages are happening as scheduled unless you hear otherwise.
The parking lot is a bit of a construction zone while the electric meters to the building are being overhauled and updated. We’re doing our best to schedule noisy times around classes and massages. Thank you for understanding in the bits of time there is an overlap 🙉

Last Friday was the 5 year anniversary of opening the hot room 🔥
With a lot of help over the course of many months, we took it from a well-loved but extremely outdated hair salon (where 2 bff hair dressers cut hair together for 30 years 🥲) to the hot room that you know and love!
We installed:
ceramic infrared heat panels in the ceiling for sun-like warmth from above.
Tatami mats that are 100% recycled, phthalate-free, open cell foam core to keep you warm from below.
Since then, there have been thousands of classes within these walls. We are grateful every time you walk through the doors to practice. Thank you for being part of what makes the Mudita community special and unique 💙🧡 Cheers to 5 more years!
