Welcome to Fieldstone Village at Keizer Ridge, Brian Henderson!🎉 We're thrilled to introduce our new Memory Care Executive Director, who joined us on July 7th.
Brian’s journey in senior living spans over two decades serving in Salem, Oregon before a new adventure took him to Baltimore, Maryland. His deep passion for memory care is personal. After seeing his great-grandmother live with dementia, Brian promised himself he would strive to make these communities better.
Brian is an active leader. “I’m out there!” he shared. Brian enjoys participating in activities and connecting with residents, especially veterans, as they trade stories. Brian personally connects with veterans as a Navy Corpsman, serving 10 years and 4 years in the reserves in Camp Pendleton.
Choosing Fieldstone was an easy decision for Brian because of its welcoming and collaborative environment. Only a week into his new role, he shared: "I'm loving it so far! This is probably one of the best places I’ve seen in my beginnings."
Looking ahead, Brian is focused on building generational relationships and ensuring his team feels truly appreciated. His ultimate goal is peace of mind for families. "I hope they feel like everything’s taken care of," he shares, adding he hopes they can feel confident leaving on a vacation or going to work knowing their loved one is cared for and appreciated.
When he's not serving seniors, you'll find Brian at the beach nearly every weekend with his wife Shannon and getting in family time with their five adult children.
