👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 This is such a great thing to celebrate. We get caught up in being superwomen and push through the earlier days rather than giving our hardworking bodies time to heal👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 It’s not always possible because of all the demands of being a new mom of 1 or several children, but any time you get to practice self care after birth is a success ❤️ This wonderful image was created by .sustainable.living and I got the post from an amazing art therapist
