SMC Foundation SMC Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to helping meet the needs of the Silver Valley

The Shoshone Medical Center Foundation is dedicated to the community it serves. We are a 501 (C)3 committed to obtaining funding to help meet the healthcare needs of the Silver Valley. Not only do we try to support our local community with our fundraising efforts but we also offer scholarships to graduating seniors as well as current SMC Employees wishing to further their education in the medical

field. We also provide a way for you to become involved in supporting your local hospital and community through bequests, memorials and donations. Donations of any amount are always welcome and may be forwarded to SMC Foundation Attn: Director, 25 Jacobs Gulch, Kellogg, ID 83837. We appreciate all the support we receive from our donors to continue our efforts to maintain a thriving and healthy community. Attention all Silver Valley High School Seniors (Or Parents of Seniors): The 2024 SMC Foundation Scholarship is due on April 15th. All applications but be received (or post marked) by that day to be eligible. No late applications will be accepted.

We had so much fun at Casino Night on Saturday. Thank you, again, to all of your sponsors, all of the businesses that donated gift cards and or baskets, and of course, everyone who purchased tickets and attended the event! We couldn't have done it without you.
