Join our team in Kenbridge, Virginia, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of adolescents every day. As a PRN Skills Coach, you'll provide mentorship, supervision, structure, and support while helping young people build essential life skills and work toward brighter futures.

What you'll do:
- Support and supervise residents throughout daily activities
- Build positive, therapeutic relationships with adolescents
- Teach coping, communication, emotional regulation, and life skills
- Support students and reinforce positive behaviors
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
- Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary treatment team
- Respond professionally and compassionately during challenging situations

We're looking for compassionate, dependable, resilient, and team-oriented individuals who are passionate about creating positive change.

Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 19 years old, hold a valid Virginia driver's license, and be able to work flexible shifts as needed. Experience or education in behavioral health, education, social work, human services, or related fields is preferred.

Preferred or obtained upon hire:
- First Aid/CPR Certification
- Approved Behavioral Management Certification
