Visiting Old San Juan. This vibrant and historic city was founded in 1521.
Mucha gente !! I could see many tourists and cars on its narrow streets.
Old San Juan has many restaurants with typical food, businesses and I love its architecture and colored houses.

Muscles worked in the leg press :
*Quadriceps and glutes (knee extension)
*Hamstrings and calves (hip extension)

High foot placement:
More focus on the glutes and hams.
Low foot placement :
Focus on quads.
