📚Not so much a but more of a call to action! And a shout out to some great local businesses!

✏️Every year we do a big fundraiser for Maine Needs back to school drive. We are calling upon anyone who would like to donate an item or a gift certificate for our giveaway. We like to make a package of local goods & services, and then for every dollar that someone donates we will enter their name into the giveaway. It’s a nice way to showcase some local businesses and entice people to donate to a really good cause.

✨Breathwork, Reiki & Sound Bath
August 9th
4:00 - 6:00 PM

💖This special session will feature Rachel’s intuitively-guided sound baths and sound meditations by playing crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, a Shruti box, and a variety of other instruments as she weaves her voice throughout the session, creating a “Surround Sound” experience. As well as guided breathwork from Meghann and reiki healing from both practitioners.

💫Meghann’s breathwork will focus on balancing your chakras, which goes hand in hand with reiki. In this workshop you can expect to move a lot of energy, hopefully release anything that you need and walk away feeling calm and balanced.

🎶Co-led by sound and Reiki healer Rachel Rivera, a classically trained singer and certified music educator, and Meghann Foster, a 500 hour experienced yoga teacher and licensed massage therapist with reiki and breathwork training.
