A great weekend of racing at Oak Hill Raceway!

Trans-Care Medical Transport was back at Oak Hill Raceway in Alvord, Texas this weekend, taking care of the medical side of Round 1 of the 2026 AMA Texas State Championship Series.

It was another hot Texas weekend, but our crew did a fantastic job staying ready and working together throughout both days of racing. As always, the Oak Hill staff did a great job, and we appreciate everyone who worked hard to make it a great weekend of racing.

We’re looking forward to being back with the Texas State Championship Series for Round 3 at Rafter S MX in Malakoff over Labor Day weekend!

Event EMS is different. It takes experience, preparation, and a crew that understands the environment they’re working in.

When Trans-Care is hired for an event, our resources are dedicated to that event from start to finish. Our crews have years of experience treating the injuries and medical emergencies that come with live events, often seeing what happened and responding within moments.
