One of the most overlooked ways to prepare for birth? Intimacy. 🤍✨

For many couples, s*x late in pregnancy can be a natural way to support the body as it prepares for labor.

Semen contains prostaglandins, which helps soften and ripen the cervix, while intimacy and or**sm can increase oxytocin—the hormone that plays a key role in labor and birth. 💫

What gets you pregnant, gets you unpregnant!

Sometimes we get caught up searching for complicated solutions when the body already has amazing physiological tools built in.

Of course, every pregnancy is different, and intimacy may not be recommended in certain situations.

And remember: while there are ways to support your tissues and prepare for birth, some tearing can still happen despite doing everything "right."
