Massage Therapist Wanted
We are looking for a Louisiana Licensed Massage Therapists to add to our well-established Kenner chiropractic clinic. We provide competitive and holiday pay.
Applicants should be proficient in multiple types of massage techniques, including deep tissue, myofascial release, and sports therapy. This is a busy, high paced practice with plenty of patients to keep the therapist busy.
The right candidate will possess great customer service skills, an energetic personality and positive attitude.
Qualifications:
Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Louisiana
Louisiana Massage Therapy License (Required)
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for greeting patients, preparing the massage room for treatment, cleaning up after treatment; provide professional services and adhere to state requirements, standards, and ethics.
We want our patients to feel they are looked after and welcomed whenever they enter our clinic.
Ultimately, your job is to help us grow the revenue of the clinic by booking repeat appointments, building a rapport with clientele, and excelling at retaining those clients as lifelong patients of the business.
You’ll do that by creating the type of customer service experience that patients will be happy to pay for and just as happy to tell others about
Communicate the value of our services, recommend follow up visits and clinic services that could assist client with wellness goals.
Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to patients when they arrive in the clinic.
Provide exceptional communications to the patient to identify needs and set expectations so they’ll look forward to coming back for their next treatment.
Change table linens and start laundry as needed.
Communicate with patients before, during and after treatments to ensure satisfaction is being achieved.
Maintain cleanliness of treatment room space
Recall names and faces of patients and in doing so making all our patients feel welcomed and remembered.
Customize massage session for a personalized treatment.
Maintain patient confidentiality and maintain ethical standards.
Bring joy into healing for our patients.
