Here's a little peek into my practice. Never in my wildest dreams could I have curated such a meaningful space. I got to do it with my husband ❤️. Everything was purchased with thought down to the plush pillows, which help reduce anxiety.

This right here! Please stop shaming humans for their s*xual choices, past and present. I ❤️ this !

Part 1. Let's talk about desiring s*x as a woman, because we don't...talk about it. And if we do, many times we aren't honest with others or ourselves. A good majority of my female clients seek me out because they believe something is wrong with them if they aren't h***y and initiating s*x with their partners often. That belief is false. They are all normal. That's when we begin the session with learning the difference between spontaneous desire and responsive desire. Desire can begin at any point (check out the circular flow chart). Many people are in a place of s*xual neutrality. That means that you are not against having s*x but also you're not thinking of it either. A touch or a kiss could move you towards desire and arousal.
