✨ The Light We Draw
A 6-hour immersive yoga + art workshop with Jen Herndon Choose Yoga

In a world that often feels fast, reactive, and overstimulating, this daylong experience is an invitation to return to clarity, steadiness, and gentle light.

The Light We Draw explores Sattva — the quality of harmony, presence, and compassionate awareness — through embodied yoga, nervous system-informed breathwork, guided reflection, and creative expression.

This is not about making “good art.”
It is about noticing the light already within you and allowing it to move through your hands.

Together, you’ll be invited to:
• explore the gunas and emotional balance
• move through a grounding yoga flow
• enjoy a joyful lunch from Boxed Bites 2 Go
• engage in guided drawing with Jenny Faulk Runkel
• journal, rest, and soften into stillness
• close with deep relaxation

No artistic experience is needed.

If you’ve been craving clarity, calm, creativity, and a compassionate reset, this workshop offers a beautiful space to reconnect.

Community Slow Flow - Free Class - open for registration!

Join Christina Rodriguez, E-RYT 500, YACEP and ILCC co-founder, for a slow, mindful vinyasa flow designed to be accessible to all levels of experience. This class will move at an unhurried pace, with options offered throughout, and an emphasis on breath, presence, and care for your body.

Come as you are. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

This class is offered as an opportunity to gather in community, to move and breathe together in a supportive space, and to make new connections along the way. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, you are welcome here.

There is no cost to attend, but advance registration is required. Please bring a friend or two!

When: Friday, March 27th, 6-7pm

Investment: Free of charge. Registration is required and space is limited. Please bring your yoga mat (we have a few extras available). All other props provided.

Tai Chi might be exactly what your nervous system is craving.

Join Mary on Mondays for a beginner-friendly, gentle Tai Chi practice that’s slow, flowing, and deeply supportive. No experience needed. No fancy gear. Just simple movements, breath, and a chance to feel more grounded in your body.

After class, you’re invited to stay for an optional Community Circle focused on spiritual and personal enrichment topics. The circle offers a relaxed space for reflection, discussion, and mutual support as well as a chance to connect with others in a meaningful way.

Free Optional Community Circle 7:00-7:45

Come for Tai Chi, the circle, or both—whatever best supports you that evening.
