We live in a culture that rewards messages that are sweet, comfortable, and easy to accept.

But Jesus never told us our purpose was to make every truth pleasant.

Salt preserves. It cleanses. It brings flavor. And sometimes, it stings when it touches a wound.

Speaking truth should never become an excuse for cruelty. But loving people does not require us to dilute what God has said until no one could possibly be offended.

We were called to be faithful, not merely liked.

It is easy to put our confidence in our own plans, knowledge, or strength. But true strength comes when we depend on Him.

When our hearts are surrendered to God, we can trust Him to strengthen us for what He has called us to do.

Peter’s vision challenged him to let go of boundaries God Himself was removing.
