Pelvic floor health isn’t talked about enough, but it impacts everything from bladder control to core strength and even sexual wellness.

Your pelvic floor muscles support the bladder, uterus, and bowels. When they’re too weak or too tight, you may notice symptoms like leaking, pelvic pressure, discomfort, or pain with intimacy.

The good news? These muscles can be trained and supported just like any other part of your body.

If something feels off, don’t ignore it. Pelvic floor concerns are common and treatable.

Schedule a visit with Kennesaw Gynecology to talk through your symptoms and get a plan that supports your body and your lifestyle.
