Clinical supervision is more than checking boxes or meeting hours. It’s about creating a space where clinicians can learn, reflect, ask questions, make mistakes, and grow. 🤍

A strong supervisory relationship is built on trust, respect, cultural humility, constructive feedback, and a willingness to learn from one another.

If you’re a student intern, associate, or early-career clinician looking for supportive, collaborative clinical supervision, I’d love to connect.

Healing isn’t about choosing one truth over another. It’s learning to hold space for both. Two things can be true at the same time—and that’s often where growth begins.

Which pair of truths resonates with you most today? 💬

Sometimes healing looks like this 🌊

Not because life suddenly becomes easy, but because you finally give yourself permission to pause.

The nervous system wasn’t designed to stay in survival mode forever. Rest isn’t something you earn.
It’s something your mind and body need.

Today, ask yourself:
What would change if I stopped treating rest like a reward?

About me: I am a first generation, eldest daughter, Punjabi American seasoned therapist and the founder of Inner Reflections Therapy. My mission is providing a holistic approach to mental health services that promote individual growth and empowerment. Every person has a set of strengths that can be used during tough times to help navigate whatever storm they may be in.

My areas of focus include anxiety management, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, supportive and culturally sensitive. I work through a social justice and systemic lens and incorporate mind/body connection into my work.

Supervision is also a service I offer to grad school students, pre-licensed and licensed mental health professionals. I use a narrative, solution focused approach in my supervisory position. If this resonates with you, let’s connect. Use the link in my bio to schedule a consultation call. Speak soon!

🪵Healing happens in small moments — when you pause, breathe, and choose being comfortable with your emotional landscape over survival mode.

🌿Today’s reminder: You are safe enough to soften. Our emotions are meant to be felt and processed in safe ways.

Check in with your body when you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or anxious. Daily check ins are essential to our healing journey ❤️‍🩹

Being in nature works wonders for our minds and bodies. Embrace the sounds, smells and sights of Mother Nature🌲

✨ Save this if you’re learning to reparent yourself

Hi, I’m Loveroop🪴

I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Washington and Oregon. I enjoy working with individuals and families who are ready to set boundaries, heal unhealthy patterns, and step into their power. Over the past decade, I have worked with children, teens, parents, and adults through emotionally unstable times.

From helping clients work through anxiety via exposure therapy to creating safety plans for clients who have felt suicidal, I have had a wide range of experience over the years and am grateful to have the opportunity to walk alongside my clients as they have navigated through these storms. Life changes can be scary. Emotions can be scary. The good news? You don’t have to walk through them alone.

I am the eldest daughter of Punjabi parents who immigrated to America to build a better future for their children. Growing up in America while being raised in a traditional Indian household, I have lived experience of being in the grey area. It can be overwhelming as you form your identity in both cultures. Many first generation children (and adults) feel similarly and together, we can work through these dual cultural challenges.

On this page, you’ll find a mix of:

✨ Mental health awareness
✨ What healthy emotional regulation looks like
✨ Reflections on navigating dual cultural identities
✨ Encouragement to help you become the main character in your own story

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy reading, being out in nature, and photography as I believe healing isn’t just about surviving — it’s about reclaiming joy, voice, and creativity 🌿

I’m so glad you’re here. Let’s grow, heal, and thrive together!
