Today’s workout - cloverleaf square.

We have finally had a few days clear from smoke, so I’m bringing my horses back slowly.
I did this exercise several times each direction at a walk.
I focused on my body position and hand position like I would in a barrel turn.

Just because you’re walking, doesn’t mean you can’t be working on several things!

Tension or restriction in these areas can affect how freely the shoulder and front limb move, making that stride feel shorter or more restricted.
Sometimes the answer isn’t in the leg, it’s in the muscles supporting the movement!
