Yoga teacher training weekends are THE BEST! We opened Pura Vida School of Yoga in 2018 after Sonja received all her necessary credentials in Costa Rica. (A 200hour + 500hour + Facilitator Training/Apprenticeship). It’s been a huge passion of ours to share the history, science, philosophy, and embodiment of yoga with others.

We always have our hybrid 200 hour yoga training open for enrollment, you’ll receive your online login, your books, and begin to join our weekend group. We have been on the yoga alliance registry since 2018 (yoga is an unregulated world, so make sure to do your research and ask what credentials the facilitators and instructors of the training you’re inquiring about have as well as the material you will cover. You want a safe training rooted in both anatomy and traditional yogic practices!)

We meet about one weekend a month on Saturday & Sunday to go over the material, do in person lectures and group projects, practice teaching, posture clinics, and more. It’s so much fun! If you’ve been wanting to take a training this is your sign…come join us! 🤩
