Summer means more time outside — and more demand on your joints.
A few things worth remembering as the temperature climbs:
✅️ Hydration matters for joint health — cartilage is mostly water
✅️ Heat increases flexibility, but also injury risk if you skip the warm-up
✅️ Hard surfaces (pavement, turf) add stress to knees and hips
✅️ Listen to your body — summer is not the time to push through pain.
