What can you do to help make your session successful?

~Make sure you are extremely hydrated. The more hydrated you are will result in clear images and help with the amniotic fluid.
~Drink something cold and sweet about 15 minutes before your session. It helps get your little one awake and moving.
~Be active before you arrive, even if that means going for a short walk. The more active you are, the more active baby is.
