We had an amazing time celebrating Nursing Home Week at Sheridan! 🎉

Monday kicked things off with creativity as everyone designed their own tie-dye tote bags
Tuesday brought out the competitive spirit with a fun employee scavenger hunt
Wednesday we enjoyed a fresh and delicious salad bar
Thursday took us on a tasty adventure with our snack passport
And Friday we wrapped it all up with a lovely tea party

Sheridan celebrated Nurses Week 2026 with a full week of appreciation and fun!

We kicked things off with a snack table Monday, followed by Taco Tuesday, Raffle Day Wednesday, Nursing Trivia Thursday, and wrapped it all up with a Nurse Luncheon with Cracker Barrel on Friday.

This Mother’s Day, we’re celebrating the incredible women who give so much of themselves both at work and at home.

Our nurses and caregivers don’t just care for residents, they shape lives in more ways than one. After long shifts filled with compassion, patience, and dedication, they go home and continue that same love and care with their own families. The impact they make doesn’t end when they clock out.

Join us for Family FUN with Your Loved One, a new monthly event created to bring residents and their families together.

Our first event, Taste of Sheridan, will take place on Tuesday, April 21 from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM. Families are invited to enjoy a sampling of favorites from our kitchen while spending quality time with their loved one.

Come connect, share a few bites, and learn a little more about the care that goes into every meal we serve. We look forward to seeing you there.
