Facial balancing is a comprehensive approach to aesthetics that focuses on proportion, structure, and harmony rather than treating isolated areas.

For this patient, today’s treatment focused on lower face balancing, specifically the chin, chin shadow, and gonial angle of the jawline. Strategic placement of 2 mLs of dermal filler was used to improve projection, support, and contour while preserving femininity and softness.
