My name is Clara, founder of Cultivate Wellness LLC. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work in CT. I work with adults ages 18+ and offer in person psychotherapy sessions in the town of Kent, as well as telehealth. My clinical background includes jobs in: direct care work in group homes, in-home therapy (IICAPS), residential programs, a substance abuse treatment center, college counseling center, and working as clinical support in a community health agency for youth on probation. I am a 200 hr trained Register Yoga Teacher. I have been teaching in local studios and gyms since 2019 and truly believe yoga transformed my life emotionally, spiritually, and physically. My dream is to combine my love of yoga and clinical practice, and plan to become certified as a yoga therapist. My 1 year old corgi/co-worker/co-therapist, Sadie, accompanies me in my in-person sessions, bringing extra emotional support to clients who are struggling.
