Gratitude lives in the moment.

In beauty. In presence. In simply saying “wow.”

Thank you, Dana, for reminding us that gratitude is something we do not chase, it’s something we notice. This is what Gratitude in Action truly looks like.

Gratitude is often found in the simple things.

For Chef Greg and his team, it means showing up every day with pride, working hard, serving others well, and creating an atmosphere where people feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. A great meal, a kind word, and a commitment to quality may seem simple, but they have the power to change someone’s day.

When service is rooted in gratitude, it creates something remarkable: a community where giving and receiving appreciation becomes a shared experience.

Last night our community celebrated John West, our Board Chair at High Watch, and Judy Crane, recipients of the Keep Going Lifetime Achievement Award at the Release Recovery Foundation Gala.

John’s leadership embodies what sustained recovery looks like—steadfast, compassionate, and grounded in relationship. We are immensely proud of his decades of service and his unwavering belief that recovery must reach beyond the individual to families and communities.

We’re deeply grateful to Release Recovery for their partnership and shared commitment to saying yes when someone asks for help, and to The Guest House Ocala where Judy’s work alongside John continues to guide people through the critical transition back into life.

Congratulations, John and Judy. We are honored to walk beside you.
