Honey Garlic Salmon Bowl

Want something that actually tastes good and supports health goals at the same time?

What you need:
Salmon fillet, cooked rice or quinoa, steamed broccoli, honey, garlic, soy sauce, and a little olive oil.

How to make it:
Season your salmon with salt and pepper, then sear it in olive oil for about 4 minutes per side. While that cooks, whisk together 1 tablespoon honey, 2 cloves minced garlic, and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Pour the glaze over the salmon in the last minute of cooking. Serve it over your grain of choice with the broccoli on the side.

High protein. Anti-inflammatory. Ready in under 20 minutes.

Eating well does not have to be complicated. It just has to be intentional.

Lead with protein at breakfast. Skip the pastries and you'll dodge the mid morning crash that has you snacking by 10am.

Walk everywhere you can. Anything under a mile, leave the rideshare alone. Steps add up fast and you see more of where you are.

Drink water before every meal. Travel dehydration often feels like hunger. One glass first helps you actually tune into fullness.

Pick one indulgence per day, not all of them. Pancakes at brunch? Great.

Move first thing in the morning. Fifteen minutes of bodyweight work or a quick walk sets the tone before vacation mode kicks in.

The goal isn't perfection. It's coming home feeling good, not feeling like you have to start over.
