WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO GET BACK TO? 💚

You may recognize Tresha—she wears a lot of hats around Pearson. She works behind the scenes with our team, helps create much of the content you see here, and yes… she’s also Dr. Pearson’s wife. 😉

But today, she got to be the patient.

After lifting too heavy at the gym, her low back had been sore enough that she was limiting her exercises and avoiding getting back to her normal workouts.

So when Dr. Graham asked:

“What is this keeping you from doing?”

Her answer wasn’t simply, “I want my back to stop hurting.”

She wants to get back to the gym and make it through an entire workout without feeling like her low back is going to give out.

Dr. Graham’s response?

“Okay. Then that’s our goal.” 💚

And THAT is why we ask.
