Yesterday, I had a great time visiting with my family at my uncle's 4th of July Pool Party. I'm so grateful for my family and the time I was able to spend with them yesterday. ❤
Today, I'm taking time to reflect on the meaning of the 4th of July celebrations across the country. I think now, more than ever... at least in my lifetime, it is extremely important to remember what the Declaration of Independence stands for. We should see an American Flag and remember why we separated from King George III and the British Rule. We should see our flag as a symbol of unity and freedom and not of political divide and hate. Sending so much love and healing to our country and ALL of the wonderful, diverse people that make it up. Praying for PEACE and strength in UNITY, and FREEDOM, always. ❤

Today I was gifted this beautiful art work from, long time clients/friends of mine. They took pictures of the waiting room in my office and sent them to their friend who is an artist in Northern Michigan.
