We want to make you aware of a phishing email currently circulating that uses the MyChart name and logo and may appear to be related to a Medicare Advantage or wellness benefit.

Epic has confirmed that these emails are part of a broader phishing campaign and are not legitimate MyChart communications from Epic or from VBCH.
Below is an example of the email that has been reported.

What should you do?
If you or someone you know receive a message like this:
-Do not click any links or buttons in the email.
-Do not provide personal, medical, financial, or insurance information.
-Do not reply to the message.
-Let us know you received one of these messages.
-After reporting it, delete the email.
