We’re always looking for fun ways to stay active, and cardio drumming is a favorite! Our residents enjoyed upbeat music while getting a great upper-body workout and plenty of movement in. Activities like this make staying active feel more like fun than exercise!

Learning something new can be challenging, but it’s even more rewarding when you get to create something beautiful along the way! Our residents enjoyed a watercolor class with Dan, practicing color wheels and flowers before turning their artwork into handmade greeting cards. It was a wonderful afternoon filled with creativity, learning, and plenty of smiles!

Our weekly Bible Study at Arbor Ridge is a special time of music, fellowship, and faith, thanks to our wonderful volunteers who make it feel like having our own church community right here at home. This week was extra meaningful as our guest speaker was the grandson of one of our residents! We’re grateful for these opportunities to gather, connect, and share our faith together

We made it to Las Vegas! Our residents celebrated reaching their virtual destination with a fun Las Vegas-themed party sponsored by Bayada Home Health, complete with music, cupcakes, a photo booth, and even a human slot machine! Way to go, Arbor Ridge! Now we’re off to Scotland for our next virtual adventure!
