Last year's flooding in Kerrville reminded me just how incredible our working dogs really are.

Many K9 teams spent long days searching through floodwaters and debris to help bring families answers. Unfortunately, some of those dogs were exposed to bacteria in the floodwater and got sick afterward.

The dogs I know that were already on Doc Pets recovered quickly and got back to doing what they do best.

As a former Master K9 Handler/Trainer, I've always believed that what goes into a working dog matters just as much as the training they receive. Healthy dogs perform better, recover faster, and stay ready for the next call.

Take care of your partner, they're always taking care of you.
