Hill Country Dental Associates is looking for a Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Kerrville!

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates well, stays organized, and can make patients feel comfortable and welcome from the moment they call or walk through our doors. As our Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and an important part of creating the experience they have in our practice.

Spanish/English bilingual is preferred — and dental experience is NOT required for the right person. If you have a positive attitude, are eager to learn, and take pride in doing your job well, we’re willing to train you.

At Hill Country Dental Associates, we believe taking great care of our patients starts with taking great care of our team. We’re a locally owned, 🇺🇸veteran-owned and 🧑‍🧑‍🧒family-operated practice where relationships matter and team members are valued as people—not numbers.

As we celebrate the freedoms we cherish, we also pause to remember the lives forever changed by the Texas Hill Country flood one year ago.

Throughout the past year, we’ve witnessed incredible courage, kindness, and resilience from our neighbors. In difficult moments, our community came together with compassion and hope, reminding us what makes the Texas Hill Country such a special place to call home.
