So that means this weekend's library yoga is ALSO my birthday weekend yoga!

Usually. I've already been prepping and annoying everyone about my upcoming birthday. I try to fill my classes for the whole month of May and beg everyone to come see me.

But the truth is... I'm tired. I currently work 3 jobs, and I love them! Don't get me wrong. But I don't post about classes like I did, and it's mainly because I would put a lot of effort and beg... and. I am just saving that energy these days. But my usual classes are always happening.

SO. It's my birthday month! If you want to come join me for a class. Please sign up and come! SO LONG AS YOU KNOW. My classes will always yap. (Not library yoga. She's a quiet class).

But every Sunday and Wednesday we are sure to blow through many weird subjects as we move and stretch. If this is your vibe? COME. Let's laugh and have fun.

Below are classes you can catch me teaching! Complete with shenanigans.

Sundays: Gentle yoga 7pm (Yes. Talking will happen the entire time) No class May 17th.

Wednesday: Hot Energetic 7:30pm (SUPER YES ON THE YAPS. And wild music)

May 16th is my next library class! And it's donation based! So bring some birthday money (my birthday is the 17th) and come move with me!

I miss everyone. I teach because I love it and enjoy the weird connections I make. SO COME SEE ME THIS MONTH! (And any/every month!)
