Normal on a lab and optimal in your body are two different things. A standard reference range is built to flag disease. It draws a wide line, and anything inside it gets called fine. You can sit comfortably inside that range and still feel tired, foggy or unlike yourself because the range was never built to find the level where you function at your best. I read each value against that level and I read the trend overtime. How you feel is information about how your body is working. If your labs came back normal and you know something has changed that is a reason to look closer.
